All orders are based on product availability. If a significant delay is anticipated for any item within your order, you will be notified in a timely manner. No adjustments can be made after the order has gone into process. Pending product availability, orders will begin shipping within 10 business days from your order date. Sizing charts have been provided directly from the vendor for guidance only. Please choose your sizes carefully as all are custom made to order and are not returnable or exchangeable for any reason.
Manufacturers sometimes back order items depending on availability. If a back order occurs, you will be notified and asked to change your size, cancel the item, or wait out the backorder until product arrives. Due to the rigors of the game, all gear is expected to experience some wear and tear.
Next, enter your payment information and place the order. You will receive an email confirmation of your order when it is successfully placed. You will receive email updates of your order status.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Non-customized items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of the order if they are unused, in original condition, and still have all tags attached. Socks taken out of their packaging can’t be returned or exchanged.
There is a strict no-refund, no-return policy on all custom items. Custom items are all items with club logos, numbers, names, or special requests. Please be sure to utilize the sample sizes available from the club for sizing assistance before placing your order.
